Y.B. Puan Khalidah Adibah bt. Ayob was born on 17 May 1965 in Jitra, Kedah. She received her early education at Sekolah Rendah Sultan Ahmad Tajuddin, Jitra and later continued her secondary education at Sekolah Menengah Sultanah Asma, Alor Star. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and obtained her Masters from Universiti Utara Malaysia. She married with 4 children.
