The Royal Waist Buckle is round and decorated with 12 diamonds. The centre of the buckle is made of enamel, and on it an eight-pointed star decorated with 16 diamonds is mounted. In the middle of the star is a single diamond. To the left and right can be found carvings of angled "loofah" flowers, each decorated with 3 diamonds. The belt is made of spun gold weighing 112 "mayam".
